2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of boulderbarks, llc, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible.
Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and anywhere else prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway runs in consecutive monthly Entry Periods. Each Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the last calendar day of that same month.
Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this giveaway.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the giveaway at any time, for any reason, with notice posted on this page.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both methods are free and have an equal chance of winning.
Method 1 — Online
Complete the sign-up form at boulderbarks.com. You will be asked to provide your email address and mobile phone number.
Submitting the online form also subscribes you to Boulderbarks marketing emails and text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe at any time — replying STOP to any text or using the unsubscribe link in any email — and doing so will not remove or disqualify any entry you have already submitted.
Method 2 — Mail-In (no phone number, no subscription, no purchase required)
Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the words "Boulderbarks Monthly Gift Card Giveaway" on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a properly stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period for which they are submitted and received no later than seven (7) days after that Entry Period closes. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void.
Mail-in entrants are not required to provide a phone number and are not subscribed to any marketing list.
5. Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of this limit will be void.
Use of any automated system, script, bot, or other device to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about the first (1st) calendar day following the close of each Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period.
Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this giveaway.
7. Prize
One (1) prize per Entry Period: a Boulderbarks gift card with a value of fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00), redeemable site-wide at boulderbarks.com.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50.00 USD. Total ARV of all prizes awarded per calendar year: $600.00 USD.
The gift card is subject to any terms and conditions printed on it or otherwise applied at redemption. Shipping charges, taxes, and any amount above the gift card value are the winner's responsibility.
No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry, within five (5) business days of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period.
Sponsor is not responsible for notification emails that are undeliverable, filtered as spam, or otherwise not received.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or undeliverable entries; for technical, hardware, software, or network failures; or for any error in the administration of the giveaway.
If the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned for any reason — including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control — Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway and to select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless boulderbarks, llc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name and state of residence for promotional purposes, without further compensation.
13. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Boulderbarks Privacy Policy, available at boulderbarks.com/policies/privacy-policy.
14. Winner List
For the name of the winner for any Entry Period, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above, marked "Winner List Request," within sixty (60) days after the close of that Entry Period.
15. Governing Law
These Official Rules and all matters arising from this giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
