Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $125 or more.

  • Orders under $125 ship at a flat rate of $7.95.

  • Small items ship USPS. Beds, bowls, and other bulky items ship UPS.

Kennel Crate Shipping

Kennel crates are large and heavy, ship separately from the rest of your order, and are not included in free shipping. Crate shipping is charged per crate:

  • Medium crate — $85

  • Large crate — $95

  • XL crate — $115

  • XXL crate — $370

  • 3XL crate — $385

If you order more than one crate, the shipping charge rises accordingly. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Signature Beds

Signature Beds ship separately and are charged per bed: $90 for a medium bed and $120 for a large bed. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Made-to-Order Items

Kennel crates, cushions, and some beds are made to order. Production time is in addition to shipping time. We will tell you the current lead time on the product page or by email, and we will always let you know if anything changes.

Delivery and Tracking

  • You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

  • If tracking says delivered but the parcel is not there, please wait 24 hours — carriers often scan a parcel before it is dropped — then contact us and we will help track it down.

  • Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect and the parcel comes back to us, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

International Orders

We are not currently shipping outside the United States.
